摘    要:以季铵盐为改性剂,对粉煤灰进行改性反应。考察了反应温度、反应时间、改性剂的用量对改性粉煤灰去除含油废水COD的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件。结果表明,当反应温度为75℃,反应时间为100min,改性剂的用量为3%时,改性粉煤灰除油效果最佳,COD去除率可达98.90%;季铵盐表面活性剂相对分子质量越大,有机改性粉煤灰的除油能力越大,并且通过TG—DTG—DTA对改性粉煤灰进行了表征。

Modified Fly Ash and Its Application to Waste Water

Abstract:Quaternary ammonium salt/ fly ash were prepared via compositing quaternary ammonium salt on the surface of fly ash, the preferable conditions were found by the study of the effect of composite temperature, composite time and the amount of quaternary ammonium salt on the COD removal efficiency of oily waste water. The results show that the COD removal efficiency of fly ash could reach 98.90% on the conditions of the composite temperature was 75℃, the composite time was 100min, the amount of quaternary ammonium salt was 3%. The oil removal rate in- creased with the increasing of the relative molecular weight of quatemary ammonium salt. And the nanocomposite was characterized by TG - DTG - DTA.
