炼油厂用水与节水

摘    要:从工艺用水、锅炉软化水和脱盐水、循环冷却水、生活用水等方面分析了我国炼油厂新鲜水单耗高的原因和节水潜力。为了尽快降低水耗,达到或接近发达国家的水平,炼油厂首先要转变用水观念、在充分吸收国内外先进的用水和节水经验的基础上,在工艺流程、热能利用、设备管理、系统优化、用水与排水平衡等各方面挖掘潜力,优化用水。

Abstract:The masons of high unit fresh water consumption in the aspects of process water supply, boiler soft and desalting water, recirculating cooling water, and living water, etc. in domestic petroleum refineries were analyzed. In order to drop the water consumption as early as possible for reaching the level of developed countries, first of all, refiners should change their ideas of water supply. Based on absorbing the advanced experiences of water supply and conservation abroad, efforts should be made to tap conservation potential, and to optimize water supply in the aspects of process flow, heat utilization, equipment and system management as well as balancing water supply and drain.
