中央空调系统智能化节能改造

摘    要:针对现代建筑物中央空调系统年满负荷运行时间短,冷冻、冷却循环泵不能随季节气温变化自动调节负载,易造成电能大量浪费的实际,根据水泵的工作特性,提出了通过控制冷温水泵和冷却水泵的转速,使冷温水系统和冷却水系统处于最优运行状态的控制思想,给出了节能控制改造方案和改造原理图、功能图,实现了中央空调系统的智能化节能改造,达到了明显的节能效果。

Abstract:Due to the central air-conditioning systems of large modern buildings operate at full capacity with short period,its frozen pumps and cooling circulation pump can not adjust load automatically according to the seasons temperature,as a result waste a lot of energy.According to the working feature of pump,the authors put forward the control idea that to keep the system of cold and cool water and cooling water in best operation through control the rotation speed of cold and cool water pump and cooling water pump,and also put forward the transformation plan of energy-saving control,schematic diagram and function diagram to realize the energy-saving transformation of central air condition system,thus achieving the distinct effect of energy saving.
