| 摘 要： | 选择招标采购方式是整个招投标工作中非常重要的一环。阐述了框架招标与集中规模批次招标的内涵并对其进行比较,分析了将框架招标应用于电力系统的优势以及带来的问题,最后给出了实行框架招标的几点建议。

| Abstract: | The method of bidding purchase is a very important link in the whole bidding work.The connotation of framework bidding and batch bidding is expounded respectively,and a comparison between them is also made.The advantages and problems to apply the framework bidding in power system are analyzed.Finally,some suggestions for implementing the framework bidding are put forward. |
