Abstract:TD-SCDMA uses TDD(Time Division Duplex) mode,and the transmitter and receiver use the same frequency band.The width about TD A band is 20 MHz,from 1 880 MHz to 1 900 MHz,and the bulk of the filter should be less than 110 mm×75 mm×30 mm. The difficulty is that the insert loss and insert loss ripple must be less than 0.9 dB,and ±0.3 dB,respectively and the return loss should be more than 18 dB.Furthermore the attenuation should meet the requirement of S21<-75 dB @1 920 MHz,S21<-25 dB @1 865 MHz.The cross coupling filter in this paper uses 2 three-poles,and the test results are well in line with the design.
