高压雾化柴油烧嘴的研制及应用

该烧嘴自带燃烧室，用压缩空气作雾化剂，在烧嘴内与柴油先混合，然后利用其二次临界膨胀产生的高速对柴油进行剪切，保证了燃油的良好雾化。同时合理地组织助燃空气的流动，在烧嘴内形成一个稳定火焰的回流区，并将空气引入燃烧室，使空气与燃料炬良好混合与稳定燃。该烧嘴具有点火方便、燃烧稳定、燃烧效率高、调节比大、调温范围宽、污染小等优点，特别适用于中低温炉。该烧嘴可燃烧重油、渣油等，或用蒸汽雾化。

Devel opment of diesel fuel burner with high pressure atomizer and its application

The burner is equipped with own combusition chamber.The compressed air as the atornizing agent is mixed initially with diesel fuel, which oil drops are fully atomized by the shearing of high speed air in the course of twice critical expansion of the compressed air. Meanwhile rational distribution of combustion supporting air help to bring a stable zone of circulating flame, by which the fresh air is inhaled into combustion chamber.Therefore , the fuel in flame torch is verv well mixed with the air to make it stably burn out. Owing to its stable combustion, high efficiency,large turn down ratio, wide range of flame temperature regulation,low pollution,easy ignition,etc,the burner is specially suitable for the furnace of moderate, and of low temperature. The burner can also burn heavy oil and residual oil.And the steam may be used as atomizing medium too.
