摘    要:对轴承采用不同的钡合金处理工艺,并与铝处理钢进行质量对比试验初步得到:用钡合金脱氧可获得比铝脱氧更低的氧含量和夹杂物级别;非真空钡合金处理钢的疲劳寿命比相同氧含量的非真空和真空铝处理钢高10.92%-63.55%,且疲劳寿命稳定性优于铝处理钢。

Abstract:The following results obtained upon different deoxidization trials with Ba-alloyed bearing steel and the quality comparison with Al kill steel: deoxidization with Ba-containing alloy can get lower oxygen content and inclusion level than those of Al killed steel, the fatigue life of steel treated with Ba-containing alloy in LF is 10.92?%~63.55?% higher than the steel with the same oxygen content deoxidized with Al in LF and LFV, and the stability of fatigue life is also higher than that of Al killed steel.
