浮动式压电振动送料装置的数值研究

摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对浮动式压电振动输送装置进行了静态分析、模态分析及谐响应分析.明确了振动部件在交流电激励下的振动方式,找到了实现输送目的的振动频率及模态,并分析了浮动式压电振动输送装置的工作原理,为其深入研究提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Using the finite element analysis software,ANSYS,static analysis,modal analysis and response analysis are carried out for the floating piezoelectric vibratory feeder device.The vibration forms of the vibration-components excited with AC are presented,and the frequencies and mode that achieve the purpose of conveying are found out.Also,analysts of work for the floating piezoelectric vibratory feeder device provide a theoretical basis for its further studies.
