摘    要:针对传统仪器在车辆性能测试中存在的不足,将虚拟仪器技术引入到车辆性能测试中,开发了基于虚拟仪器的车辆性能测试系统。通过采用PC-DAQ方案以及多传感器采集和数据融合,并配以PC机平台和虚拟仪器软件,构建了可以对汽车排放、噪声、前大灯、制动、悬架特性、底盘测功、转向操纵以及侧滑等性能进行测试的控制仪器和系统。实车测试证明,该系统的测试结果准确、可靠。

Abstract:Facing the disadvantages of the traditional instruments in the field of the vehicle performance test, the virtual instrument technology was introduced, and a vehicle performance testing system based on the virtual instruments was developed. By employing the PC-DAQ scheme and multi-sensor collection and data fusion equipped with a PC machine and the virtual instrument software, a control and measure system were built which can examine the performance of auto exhaust emission, noise, headlight, braking system, suspension system, chassis power, steering system and sideslip, etc. The system was proved to be reliable and accurate through testing cars in practice.
