摘    要:以聚丙二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯等为主要原料,合成聚氨酯-含氟丙烯酸酯(FPUA)复合乳液;采用红外光谱、粒径分析和Zeta电位表征乳液的结构和性能.优化了合成工艺条件:反应温度70℃,反应时间5h,引发剂偶氮二异丁氰1.5%,TFBMA 40%.经FPUA乳液整理剂处理的棉织物与去离子水的静态接触角可达到130.3°.

Abstract:Using polypropylene glycol,isophorone diisocyanate and hexafluorobutyl methacrylate as raw materials,polyurethane-fluorinated acrylate(FPUA) composite emulsion is synthesized and applied to finishing of cotton fabric.The structure and properties of the emulsion is characterized by FT-IR,particle size and Zeta potential analysis.The optimum synthesis process is defined as follows: initiator azodiisobutyronitrile 1.5%,TFBMA 40%,reaction at 70 ℃ for 5 h.The finished cotton fabric features super-hydrophobic property and the static contact angle with deionized water is up to 130.3°.
