摘    要:介绍了自主搭建的涡轮三维优化设计平台,基于该设计平台,将型面匹配设计理论用于指导某高压涡轮优化。优化实例结果显示:某高压涡轮导叶等熵效率从93.88%提高到94.94%,局部区域流动情况得到较大改善,型面匹配更加合理。这表明所提出的设计平台和设计思想是可行的,具有工程应用价值。

Abstract:A turbine 3D optimization design platform is established in this paper,based on the platform,profile surface matching theory is used to optimize a high pressure turbine.The optimization results show that the efficiency changes from 93.88% to 94.94%.Flow situation in several local zones is improved and profile surface matching results are more reasonable.It shows that the turbine design platform and design theory is feasible and has engineering value.
