摘    要:螺纹加工是数控车床的主要功能之一,为了实现这一功能,主轴上必须安装有脉冲编码器,本文介绍了在数控年床上,如何利用脉冲编码器实现螺纹的切削以及如何利用逐点比较法进行螺纹切削的插补计算和软件实现方法,为数控系统插补软件的设计提供了参考。

Abstract:The screw processing is a primary function of CNC-ather, to carry out the function, the principal axis must fix the encode. The course to carry out the screw processing using encoder on CNC-lathers and the method to carry out the interpolation algorithm using the point-by-point compare interpolation algorithm with software were introduced. It provides a reference for the development of interpolation software of CNC system.
