高锰铝 Fe-26 Mn-6 Al-C 钢组织性能研究

摘    要:研究的Fe-26Mn-6Al-C钢是在TRIP钢和TWIP钢研究的基础上,开发的锰和铝含量更高的钢种,具有层错能较高、质量更轻、强度高等优点,应用于汽车行业中可节能减重,降低成本,且安全性好,应用前景广阔。研究了高锰铝Fe-26Mn-6Al-C钢的成分,还研究了轧型高锰Fe-Mn-Al-C低密度高强钢,即Fe-26Mn-6Al-C钢的微观组织,并测定了试验钢在热轧后、固溶处理后以及时效处理后在室温环境下的拉伸力学性能,观察了不同状态下的微观组织以及变形后的微观组织。还研究了Fe-26Mn-6Al-C钢的时效硬化行为。

Abstract:The chemical compositions of Fe-26Mn-6Al-C steel are based on TIRP steel and TWIP steel, but it has a higher content of manganese and aluminum. With the high stacking fault energy and high strength, this steel can be applied to automobile industry to improve fuel economy and security, yet reduce automobile body weight and costs, and has wide prospect of application. The chemical compositions and microstructure of Fe-26Mn-6Al-C steel are studied. The tensile mechanical properties of the test Fe-26Mn-6Al-C steel after hot-rolling, solution treatment and aging treatment at room temperature are tested. And the microstructures of the steel under different conditions and deformations are observed. The age-hardening behavior of Fe-26Mn-6Al-C steel is studied.
