摘    要:通过草酸腐蚀和硫酸-硫酸铁腐蚀实验,研究了奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头腐蚀与焊接热输入的关系。结果表明,随着焊接线能量的增加,其焊接接头腐蚀越严重。随着焊接线能量的增大,腐蚀率增大且有加速趋势。

Abstract:The relationship between the corrosion of weld joined of the aus tenite stainless steel and the heat-input of welding was researched through corr osion test of oxalic acid and sulphuric acid -ferric sulfate. The results show t hat the weld joined is corroded more seriously with the increase of the line-ene rgy, and the corrosion rate increases and accelerates with the enhancement of li ne-energy of welding.
