| Abstract: | The application of ZQJ-291 helium leak detector in data acquisition system for vacuum leak detection equipment was introduced by analyzing its communication principle.It was described in detail the development thoughts of terminal software and realization of the key functions in ZQJ-291 leak detector,aiming at elevating the automation level of vacuum leak detection equipment,and the software interfaces are shown at last. |
