砂土物料真空吸送分离系统的设计与数值模拟

摘    要:针对粒径1mm~10mm的砂土物料,设计了一套真空吸送装置。在真空吸送装置中,分离系统用于将物料颗粒从气固两相流中分离出来。介绍了砂土物料真空吸送分离系统的设计原则,运用计算流体动力学软件对气固两相流的运动状态进行了模拟,获得了分离系统内气流压力等值线图和流迹,计算了分离系统的压力损失。设计中,针对不同粒径的球体砂土颗粒,采用离散相模型与拉格朗日方法跟踪颗粒的运动轨迹,优化了分离系统结构、提高了砂土的分离效率。

Abstract:A vacuum sucking/separating system was designed for sand/soil conveying,where the particle size of sand/soil is 1~10mm.The vacuum sucking/separating system is used to separate the sand/soil particles from the gas-solid two-phase flow.With the conceptual design of the vacuum system described,the hydrodynamic computation software was applied to the simulation of the motion of two-phase flow so as to get the airflow pressure isolines and flow path in the system,and the pressure loss was also calculated.In the ...
