| 摘 要： | 针对现代制造业中辅助加工时间难以准确估计，导致制造成本和制造周期估计不准的实际问题，本文通过采集大量的数据，采用回归分析方法，建立了一套适合企业实际情况的零件装卸时间标准。该标准能够准确、快速地估计产品的辅助加工时间，为产品的成本估计、计划生产以及产品报价等提供准确、可靠的数据参考。

| Abstract: | For some problems in modern manufacture industr y, for example,it is difficult to provide accurate cost and schedule estimate for c urrent or future projects,and to estimate the assistant time in the process,the regression method was employed to analyze the assistant mechanical time quota an d to establish the quota standard.The standard can exactly and quickly estimate the assistant mechanical time of the manufacture process,which provides accurate and reliable data reference for the cost estimate,schedule and product pricing. |
