高效褐煤发电系统研究

摘    要:褐煤属低质煤,其水分含量高、灰分高,直接燃烧发电效率低。为提高褐煤发电系统效率,该文介绍了高效褐煤发电系统,并且利用等效热降法对该系统进行理论分析和计算,同时对某600MW超临界工程案例进行技术经济对比分析。在该文所述的基准工况下,通过理论计算,该系统可以降低发电煤耗12g/(kW.h),经过技术经济性分析,该系统可以降低厂用电率0.56%,降低发电煤耗15g/(kw·h)以上,同时该系统还可以降低污染物排放、减少工程投资等。研究发现燃用高水分褐煤的火力发电厂,采用高效褐煤发电系统具有极大的优越性,其节能、节水、减排,是值得大力推广的“绿色”发电事业。
