| 摘 要： | 锅炉集箱系统设计结构的多样性,使得其中受热并联管组内流体的流动特性也趋于复杂化。确保并联管组内的流体具有良好的流动特性是集箱系统安全运行的保证。通过创建一种集箱系统的水动力特性分析模型,研究热负荷分布不均匀性对并联管组流量分配不均匀性的影响,并对其变化关系式进行了理论推导,同时给出分析实例。分析结果表明：在单相状态或摩擦阻力校正系数可视为常数的汽水两相状态下,集箱系统内各并联管的分配流量与其平均密度间总体上呈二次函数变化关系,且单相水和两相状态下并联管的分配流量随其热负荷的增加而增加,单相蒸汽状态下并联管的分配流量随其热负荷的增加而减小。
