钛基柱撑黏土负载锰铈催化剂低温选择性催化还原脱除NOx研究

摘    要:为探究钛基柱撑黏土(titania pillared interlayeredclays,Ti-PILC)催化剂低温选择性催化还原NO。的活性,实验通过浸渍法制各了MnOx.CeO2/Ti-PILCs,并测试其低温下脱硝活性,同时将TiOSO4、TiCl4钛源制备的催化剂对比。并运用X射线衍射、透射电镜、N2吸附脱附、氨程序升温脱附等技术对2种催化剂进行表征分析,实验发现以TiOSO4为钛源比以TiCl4为钛源制备的MnO2-CeO2/Ti-PILC具有更好的脱硝活性。以TiOSO4为钛源制备的MnOx-CeO2Ti-PILC在nTi/mclay=15mmol/g时活性最高,在200℃时,其NO脱除效率高达95%以上。
