摘    要:金属蒸汽侧氧化膜的生长和剥落对超临界或超超临界锅炉高温受热面的安全性有直接影响。以2台600MW超临界锅炉为对象,详细分析因蒸汽侧氧化膜剥落所导致的高温过热器爆管事故,介绍实际运行中所采取的提高高温受热面安全性的技术措施。在此基础上,以T91和TP347HFG管材为例,针对设备改造设计提出基于金属蒸汽侧氧化膜生长和剥落规律评价高温受热面金属安全性的方法,并应用于这2台锅炉高温过热器的实际改造方案的安全性评价,评价结果表明改造方案可以实现高温过热器在一个大修期内安全运行的预定目标,同时给出进一步优化改造方案的建议。研究结果对于制定锅炉检修计划和安全运行技术措施具有指导意义。
