摘    要:研究评设计实现了一种在线式蓄电池组监测、维护和大功率恒流放电智能负载控制系统。该系统以单片机为核心控制蓄电池组的恒流放电;刚时,存放电过程中测量电池电压、放电电流、系统温度并记录数据。系统采用了PWM控制技术,电流控制精度高,放电电流稳定,避免了用正温度系数负载稳定性和可控性差的缺点。

Abstract:This paper researches and designs an online system for storage batteries with the functions of monitoring, maintenance and high-power constant current discharge intelligent load control. The system with single-chip microcontroller as core to control the discharge current, at the same time, measure and record the batteries' voltage, discharge current and system temperature in the discharge course. The system adopts pulse-width modulation (PWM) control technology which has high precision in discharge current control and can keep the discharge course stably, and it avoids the disadvantages of poor stability and controllability for PTC load.
