城市可持续发展与地下空间开发利用

本文从分析我国城市可持续发展所面临的诸多问题：占用大旧土地资源、建筑空间拥挤、交通堵塞、环境污染严重、城市综合防灾能力薄弱等问题入手，比较了与发达国家的差距，提出了解决城市地域规模与土地资源矛盾以及上述“城市综合症”的重要途径──有序、合理、综合、高效地开发利用城市地下空间资源。指出该途径是城市建设与城市中心区更新改造中解决中心城区高密度疏解、扩充基础容量、达到人车主本分流，解决“交通难”与“行车难”、减少环境污染、提高城市土地利用效率与城市综合防灾能力的最有效与最现实的途径。

Subtainable Development of the Cities and the Development and Utilization of UndergroundSpace
