弯壳动力钻具造斜率的几何分析与计算

摘    要:根据动力钻具在水平井中的造斜特性,用几何分析方法推导出不带稳定器双弯动力钻具和带稳定里双弯动力钻具造斜率的计算公式。根据这些公式,可对在水平井中使用的不同结构、不同几何尺寸的双弯动力钻具的造斜率进行分析预测,也可用来指导动力钻具外形结构的设计和加工。此外,还对单弯动力钻具和异向双弯动力钻具(DTU)造斜率的计算公式和适用条件进行了分析讨论,并对计算的单、双弯动力钻具造斜率进行了现场验证。实钻结果说明,这种计算方法有一定的实用价值。

GEOMETRIC ANALYSIS AND CALCULATION OF BUILD-UP RATE OF MOTOR DRILLING TOOL
Abstract:Based on the bottom hole assemly with motor commonly used in medium-radius horizontal well,the formulae for calculating build-up rate of double bent motor drilling tool with and without stabilizer are derived using the geometric analysis method.The build-up rate of double bent motor drilling tool of different geometric sizes is able to be analized and predicted,and also to be used in guiding the design and manufacture of configuration structure of motor drilling tool.In addition,the formulae for calculating build-up rate of single bent motor drilling tool and the double-tilted universal(DTU) joint drilling tool are also discussed as well as the field test and verification of the calculation of the single and double bent motor drilling tool is made-The drilling pratices show that the calculation has a certain practicality.
