钻井风险实时监测与诊断系统设计及应用

摘    要:随着国内外钻井综合信息采集技术的发展,特别是随钻测量工具应用的增加,钻井施工决策的准确性得到极大提高。目前,国内在管理、分析和应用钻井综合数据方面与国外相比存在较大差距,严重制约了钻井工程技术科学化、信息化、智能化及自动化的发展。钻井风险实时监测与诊断系统,主要是通过对钻井工程数据和随钻测量数据进行实时处理分析,结合多参数融合算法技术对井下钻井风险进行实时监测和诊断分析,实现钻井风险监测与诊断的定量化和智能化。文中主要介绍了钻井风险实时监测与诊断系统的工艺流程及关键技术,并对其在辽河兴隆台油田的现场应用进行了详细介绍。现场应用结果表明,该系统能够很好地监测与诊断钻井风险。

Abstract:With the development of acquisition technology of comprehensive drilling information at home and abroad, partieularly the increasing application of MWD, the accuracy of drilling decision has been greatly improved. At present, there is still a great gap in the respects of management, analysis and application of integrated drilling data, compared with foreign countries, which severely restricted the progress of scientific, information-based, intellectualized and automated drilling technology. Drilling risk real-time monitoring and diagnose system can conduct the real-time monitoring and diagnose analysis through the real-time analysis of drilling engineering data and MWD data, combined with multi-parameter fusion computing technology, which achieves the quantification and intelligcntization of drilling disk monitoring and diagnose. This paper introduces the technological process and the key technology of real-time monitoring and diagnose system for drilling disk and describes the application of the system in Xinglongtai Oilfield, Liaoning. Fieht application result shows that the system can monitor and diagnose the drilling disk.
