摘    要:由于钻井过程中随钻测量工具应用的增加、随钻采集数据量的增大及钻井工程固有数据的密集性.在短时间内解释当前钻井工况愈加困难。如何高效利用这些数据来指导钻井作业,降低钻井风险,成为困扰钻井工程人员的难题。案例推理技术充分融合随钻采集数据和钻井实时分析数据,通过模拟人类的认知过程对钻遇的钻井风险进行推理分析,可以及时、准确地预测和处理钻井过程中各种各样的复杂问题.文中通过对案例推理技术原理进行研究,以井漏风险为例,详细介绍了基于案倒推理技术的钻井风险预测流程,并阐述了DrillEdge系统的工艺流程及其现场应用效果。研究结果表明,该方法简便实用,能够;住确快速地预测钻井风险,为现场作业提供一定的技术支持。

Abstract:It is diffieuh to explain drilling conditions in a short time with the increased application of MWD tools and the increased data volume and the density of inherent data during tile drilling. How to use these dala to efficiently guide drilling operation and reduce drilling risk becomes a prohlem which puzzles drilling engineer, During the drilli,lg, case-based reasoning can make a good interfusion of lhe acquisilion data and the real-time analysis data and simulate the cognitive pcesses of mankind to make reasoning analysis of risk which is eome across and timely and correctly predieted, and the various complex issues are solved during the process drilling. By studying the principle of case-based reasoning and taking the Iosl circulation risk as an example, this paper elahorates the risk predication process based on case-based reasoning, and expotmds the technologic prot:ess and applitation example of DrillEdge system. The resuhs of study show thai this method is simple and practical, which can prediel drilling risk quickly and accuralely and can provide good supports on site.
