| 摘 要： | 介绍了四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAH)的各种制备方法，尤其对电解-电渗析制备高纯度TMAH以及其中的杂质离子的含量分析方法进行了详细介绍。对目前国内外市场需求进行了综合分析，指出了目前该领域遇到的挑战和机遇。介绍了作者在TMAH合成和提纯方面取得的进展。

| Abstract: | The preparative technologies and purification of tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH), especially the preparation of high-purity TMAH by electrolysis-electrodialysis and the analysis of the impurities in the product, are introduced in detail. Furthermore, the challenge and chance in the study field of TMAH is described, along with our new progresses on the preparation of TMAH. |
