基于阻抗测量的机械架构件损伤评价

摘    要:对大型机械设备的机械架构件进行快速诊断和损伤检测,经济价值和效益明显。本文以机械架构件中铝梁的紧固螺栓扭矩松弛作为损伤例子,通过对机械架构件阻抗应答的实验测量,提出了阻抗波峰频率移动量ΔF及波峰振幅变化率δ二种损伤评价指标方法。同时通过实验测定分辨率对评价指标及结果基本无影响。

Abstract:It is significant efficient to implement rapid diagnosis and damage detection of the large mechanical structure. In this paper, Torque loosing on the bolt of tress structure,aluminum beam was selected as an injury example, and two types of evaluation methods were raised based on the peak frequency shift AF and peak amplitude ratio 8 by the way of measuring the impedance response to mechanical component. Meanwhile, it is proved that the experimental resolution has no effect on evaluation and results.
