退役锂离子电池筛选分类方法设计与分析

摘    要:针对一批特定的退役锂离子电池,搭建测试平台,进行容量测试,通过综合相应的筛选指标确定筛选方案。在此基础上,提出3种有助于电池梯次利用的分类方法:基于可用容量最大化;基于容量区间分割思路;基于电池特征向量Mahal-anobis距离。通过相应退役电池组的数据,进行分类结果的验证。通过经济成本、实际应用和准确可靠性等3个角度的比较,给出不同条件下推荐的分类方法。

Abstract:Aiming at a group of specific retired Li-ion battery,a test platform was built to test the capacity;the screening scheme was determined by synthesizing the corresponding screening indicators.On this basis,three classification methods which were helpful to the echelon utilization of battery were put forward:based on maximizing available capacity;based on the idea of capacity segmentation;based on battery feature vector Mahalanobis distance.The classification results were verified by the data of corresponding retired batteries.The recommended classification methods under different conditions were given through the comparison of economic cost,practical application and accurate reliability.
