0Cr18Mo2与1Cr18Ni9Ti异种不锈钢焊接区显微组织的分析

摘    要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜 (SEM)等设备对 0Cr18Mo2和 1Cr18Ni9Ti异种不锈钢焊接区进行了研究。结果显示该异种不锈钢焊缝及A一侧组织为少量的铁素体和奥氏体 ,但铁素体一侧靠近熔合区附近的铁素体晶粒有长大的倾向 ,这是使热影响区韧性下降的主要因素

Abstract:A study was made of the weld zone of 0Cr18Mo2 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti dissimilar stainless steel using optical microscope and SEM. The result shows that the compositions of the weld seam and Side A were a little ferrite and austenite, the ferrite crystal grains near the fusion zone on the ferrite side tended to grow up, they decreased the ductility.
