摘    要:通过试验研究了拜耳法种分母液在蒸发过程中影响碳酸钠、硫酸钠及铝硅酸钠析出的主要因素,探索了三者在不同蒸发条件下的析出规律,为减轻蒸发系统加热管壁的结垢,降低能耗提供理论依据。

Abstract:The principal factors which influence the precipitation of sodium carbonate,sodium sulfate and sodium silicate during the evaporation process of Bayer spent liquor were studied in experimental research.The precipitation principals of the three salts were investigated under different evaporation conditions.The results provided a theoretic proof on releasing the scaling on the heat exchange tube wall and reducing energy consumption.
