摘    要:用甘氨酸一硝酸盐燃烧法制备掺杂的钙钛矿型La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3纳米晶体复合氧化物;以苯胺、过硫酸铵为原料,盐酸为溶荆,采用原位聚合法合成粒径为18.1nm的La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3-聚苯胺纳米复合材料.用IR、XRD、SEM和电化学测试对复合材料进行表征.结果表明;La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3纳米晶体阻碍了聚苯胺结晶,复合材料中PANI和La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3存在相互作用,高分子基体在一定程度上减少了纳米颗粒的团聚.循环伏安表明,在KOH溶液中,复合材料有更好的电化学活性.

Abstract:A new combustion synthesis method,the glycine-nitrate process was used to prepare perovskite-type doped complex oxide of La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3,La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3-PANI composites whose diameter were 18.1nm were prepared in polymerization method using aniline,ammonium persulfate and hydrochloric acid as starting materials.La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3-PANI composites were characterized by IR,XRD,SEM and electrochemical tests.Results showed that the nano-crystals La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3 hampered the cryst...
