摘    要:采用ICP发射光谱研究了稀土钕和镨样品中钕、镨和钐三个元素的分析。通过采用内参比法补偿非光谱干扰、K系数法和逐步逼近法扣除光谱干扰,测定了稀土主含量、次含量和杂质,主含量的变异系数小于0.5%,次含量的变异系数小于4%。将本方法同X荧光光谱法对比,结果吻合很好。

Abstract:A method for the determination of major, minor and trace elements in rare earth metals was developed. The non spectral interference effect was compensated by adopting Co as an internal reference element. Spectral interferences were deducted through K coefficient method, and step by step method. Both high content and low content elements were determined accurately.
