牛仔面料性能对泡泡袖成型的影响

摘    要: 测量了7种不同牛仔面料的性能参数和由其制成的泡泡袖的各项性能参数,并用数理统计的方法研究了牛仔面料性能对泡泡袖收褶量大小和泡泡袖整体造型的影响。研究结果表明,泡泡袖的收褶量大小及其成衣整体造型受牛仔面料厚度的影响最大,其次是面料的悬垂性和织纹密度,因此用不同的牛仔面料制作泡泡袖时,设计袖型收褶量和抬高量应以厚度为第一考虑因素,厚度对袖子的泡泡效果,袖身的挺括度都呈正向影响。其次考虑织物的悬垂性和织纹密度。

Abstract:7 kinds of jean and the puff sleeves made of these jean fabrics were tested respectively for their performance parameters,and mathematical statistics was used to investigate the influence of the performance of jean on the gathering quantity and integral shape of the puff sleeves.The results showed that in the case the factors affecting the gathering quantity and integral shape of the puff sleeves,fabric thickness is in the first place,and draping and weave density ranks the second.Thus,when using different kinds of jean to make puff sleeves,fabric thickness should be taken into consideration first for designing the amount of gathering and rising of puff sleeves,then the draping and weave density.Fabric thickness has positive influence to puff effect and firm stand of sleeves.
