摘    要:传统上在对电力系统低频振荡的研究中,励磁系统被认为是造成低频振荡的主要原因。而目前认为,水轮机及其调速系统对电力系统低频振荡的影响也不能忽略。对低频振荡的研究主要从水轮机及其调速系统的作用着手,通过对实例的计算得出特征值、相关因子等,通过相关性分析等方法得出水轮机及其调速系统对电力系统低频振荡有影响的结论。

Abstract:In the conventional models for the analysis of power system with low-frequency oscillation, excitation systems are considered as the main components that cause the low-frequency oscillation, the effect of hydro-turbine and governor systems are usually ignored. In this paper, the low-frequency oscillation model is proposed considering hydro-turbines and speed governors. The results obtained by using eigenvalue relativity method show that the hydro-turbine and governor systems do have influence on the power system with low-frequency oscillation mode.
