| 摘 要： | 以葡萄糖、月桂醇为原料，采用直接法合成了十二烷基葡糖苷，研究了催化剂用量、原料酯比、反应温度和反应压力等对产品得率的影响，得出较佳工艺条件为：剂糖比０．００８：１，温度１２０℃，醇糖比５：１、压力４．００ｋＰａ，反应时间４h，此时ＡＰＧ５得１５８．７％。并对产品的表面张力和起泡性质进行了测定。

| Abstract: | In this paper,dodecyl polyglycoside were synthesized by the direct catalysis with lauryl alcohol and glucose.The influence factors for reaction,such as catalyst quantity,raw material ratios,reaction temperatures and reaction pressure ect are discussed in detail. and measured the properties of surface tension and foaminess. |
