| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于DSP解决的远程视频监控系统，阐述了系统的硬件结构体系，重点介绍了监控系统的软件设计和实现。该系统可通过内部企业网、互联网，普通电话网等实时传送现场图像和声音以及各种监控数据，具有视频压缩，解码，网络传输、图像储存，图像素引回收、摄像机远程控制以及图像移动侦测报警等功能。
