摘    要:山区水资源开发与利用是贫困地区实现跨越式发展的重要途径。西部山区水资源相对丰富,但地形地貌及地质条件复杂,开发建设难度和工程建设成本较大。因此,基于复杂地质条件的认识,优化工程设施的配置,考虑现实条件,在建设过程中综合分析采取相应对策,确保施工安全、进度、投资及工程质量相协调。

Abstract:The utilization and development of water resources in mountain area are an important way to realize the leap forward development for the poor areas.It is comparatively rich in water resources in the western mountainous area of Guizhou Province , but geological and topographical conditions are complicated ,and it is hard and costly to develop and utilize water resources in the area.Therefore based on the understanding of complex geological conditions ,optimizing engineering facilities and considering the existing conditions , corresponding countermeasures are adopted during the construction in order to guarantee the harmony of safety ,construction schedule ,cost and engineering quality .
