摘    要:采用微量碱(氢氧化钠)等摩尔反应法和研制的TS-1萃取剂对直馏柴油进行精制试验,考察了该技术的最佳操作条件和TS-1萃取剂的再生条件。结果表明,碱的最佳用量为理论用量的1.05倍,在最佳操作条件下,该技术对酸度为10-300 mgKOK/100mL的直馏柴油有良好的脱酸效果。精制过程完全消除了乳化,无废碱液产生,萃取剂可以再生循环使用,精制柴油酸度可降至5 mgKOH/100mL,完全满足产品指标要求。

Abstract:Refining test of straight-run diesel has been carried out by adopting micro-alkali (sodium hydroxide) reaction with same mole and TS-1 extraction agent. The optimal operation conditions of the technology and the regeneration conditions of TS-1 extraction agent have been investigated and the result shows that the best consumption of alkali is 1.05 times of the theoretic consumption. Under the optimal operation conditions, the technology has an excellent deacidification effect for the straight-run diesel with the acidity from 10-300 mgKOH/100mL, and emul sification has been eliminated in the refining process without waste alkali lye generated. Extraction agent can be regenerated and reused. The acidity of refined diesel has been reduced to 5 mgKOH/100mL, and the product target requirements have been met.
