益阳黑茶中茶多酚含量测定研究

摘    要:研究了不同浸取方法对黑茶中茶多酚的浸取效果,并分别用分光光度法和间接原子吸收光谱法测定了黑茶样品中茶多酚的含量.研究结果表明:2种测定方法的相关性良好,具有简便、快速、准确度高、重复性好等优点,可用于茶叶中茶多酚含量测定.

Abstract:The leaching effect of tea polyphenols in Yiyang Black Tea was investgated under different conditionds. The content of tea polyphenols in Yiyang Black Tea was determined by visible spectrophotometry and atomic absorption spectrometry respectively. The results of two methods showed that the relateve coefficient was satisfactory. The two methods have their advantages, such as simple, rapid, high accuracy and good reproducibility and can be applied to detect the tea polyphenols in tea.
