变汽温法测300MW机组高中压缸间轴封漏汽量的应用实践

摘    要:介绍了变汽温法测量国产引进型300MW汽轮机高中压缸间轴封漏汽量的应用实践,分析了高中压缸间轴封漏汽量对热耗率和中压缸效率计算值的影响,提出可以使用此法确定同型新投产机组和改造机组热力性能考核试验中高中压缸间的轴封流量,以及监测机组日常运行时高中压缸前轴封运行状况和中压缸通流效率。

Abstract:The paper introduces of the application of the steam temperature variation method in the measurement of gland steam leakage between H.P. and I.P. cylinders of a domestic manufactured 300 MW steam turbine, analyses the effects of the steam leakage on the calculation of the specific heat consumption and the I.P. cylinder's efficiency and suggest that this method be used on turbines of the same type in acceptance tests of new or retrofitted sets, as well as for monitoring the front gland's leakage effect on the H.P. cylinder and the I.P. cylinders front gland behavior and I.P. cylinder's flow passage efficiency during normal speration.
