芳纶浆粕纤维制备技术的研究进展

摘    要:芳纶浆粕纤维(PPTA—Pulp)是PPTA纤维的一种新型差别化纤维,被广泛用于增强材料、摩擦材料、印刷集成电路板、触变剂等,它的制备从通过PPTA的硫酸溶液液晶纺丝、切断技术发展到在一定溶剂体系中进行低温溶液缩聚技术,其制备过程趋于简单、稳定、经济.本文综述了近年来PPTA—Pulp纤维的制备技术并简单介绍了其结构性能和发展前景。

Abstract:PPTA Pulp(pulp of phenylene terephthalamid) is one of the differential products of PPTA fiber which is widely used as reinforcements, friction materials, electric insulating paper, thixotrope and so on. The technology of PPTA Pulp preparation has been developed from cutting spinned filament to polymerizing in a definite solvent at low temperature. The process of PPTA Pulp preparation tends to be easy, stable and cheap. In this paper, the technology of PPTA Pulp preparation were reviewed, and the structure, property. developing prospect of PPTA Pulp were introduced in brief.
