固井完井油气层保护配套技术

摘    要:固井过程中水泥浆对油层的污染是很大的,直接影响了油井产量,为提高油气开发效益和油井产量,必须应用固井完井油气层保护技术.在简单分析常规固井工艺存在问题的基础上,详细介绍了胜利油田常用固井完井油气层保护技术的情况,包括:潜山油藏漏失井与水平井油气层保持技术、长封固段井油气层保护技术、高压低渗井固井油气层保护技术、水泥浆充填管外封隔器技术和筛管顶部固井保护油气层技术.

Abstract:Cement slurries can contaminate reservoirs greatly an d reduce oil productivity. Therefore, the technologies for protecting hydrocarbo n zones from cement contamination must be employed to enhance production efficie ncy and productivity. On the basis of analysis on conventional cementing operati ons, the most common technologies for protecting hydrocarbon zones while cementi ng and completion are introduced in detail, including in circulation lost wells in Qianshan structures, long cemented hole sections, high pressure and low perme able wells, and topmost of liners.
