住宅楼高压射水纠倾及综合加固

摘    要:某住宅由于多种原因引起不均匀沉降,造成严重倾斜。针对该建筑物具体情况,采用综合法加固地基、高压射水法进行纠倾,在施工期间及竣工后一年半内进行倾斜和沉降监测,观测结果表明,综合法加固能稳定房屋的沉降,控制新的不均匀沉降,加固效果可靠。但采用高压射水法进行纠倾时,对射水纠偏的有关参数应进行严格控制。

Abstract:The uneven settlement produced by various causes had resulted in the serious tilting of a building.According to the actual situation of the building,a comprehensive method was adopted to reinforce its foundation and high pressure jetting water to rectify the tilting.One and half years' observation on the inclination and settlement during construction and after the work completion shows this method can stabilize the building settlements and control the new occurrence of uneven settlement,the reinforcing effect is therefore reliable.However,when rectifying the inclination,the related parameters of the jetting water should be strictly controlled.
