| 摘 要： | 某三层框架结构,底层需截柱扩跨。工程改造前进行了检测鉴定并对比了设计计算值和现场实测值。正确评估建筑物的结构承载能力,不但可以挖掘潜力,减少投入,也可弥补不足,消除隐患。

| Abstract: | Inspection and assessment were made on a 3-storey frame structure before cutting the columns for expanding span at the ground floor,and the calculation values were compared with the site-measured ones.Correct assessment on load bearing capacity of building structure can not only make use of its potentials and reduce investment,but also benefit the defect remedy and elimination of hidden troubles. |
