攀钢转炉球形炉底复吹的应用

摘    要:攀钢转炉原平炉底改球形炉底后,为解决转炉球形炉底应用复吹时出现的问题,分别改进了透气砖的砌筑方法,底部供气系统及供气模式,实现了攀钢3座转炉的复吹,取得了较好的冶金效果。

Abstract:To solve the problern in combincd blowing associated with the arc-bottomed converter changed frorn the flat-bottorned converter in the V-extracting steelmaking plant,thc laying way of tuyeres,bottom blowing system and blowing modcl have bccn improvcd.The combined blowing process has been incorporated to a11 the thrce 120t-convertcrs,obtaining better metallurgical ef fects.
