重载车辆联合制动系统电液比例阀非线性仿真及试验分析

摘    要:分析了系统主要控制元件——电液比例减压阀的控制特性,建立了电液比例阀控制制动缸系统的非线性数学模型,并运用PID对系统控制特性进行校正,给出了仿真结果,根据所选的比例阀和系统参数进行了联合制动台架试验,结果表明,所选控制策略切实可行,液压缸输出响应较快,稳定性良好,达到了标准要求。
