摘    要:在带T型分支的输电线路中,利用单端的工频故障信息或者行波故障信息实现各种情况下的故障测距较难。在分析带T型输电线路行波传播特征的基础上,提出了依据故障行波折、反射特性进行故障分支判别和故障点测距的方法。T型线路基于单端故障行波的测距结果上传至主站端,参考调度主站端基于工频故障信息的测距结果,得到最终的故障测距结果。该方法充分利用调度主站的故障信息,不依赖故障行波间的极性关系,同时可以实现波速的在线校正并取得优化的测距结果。ATP/EMTP仿真结果表明该方法测距精度高,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:It is difficult to locate the fault of T-type transmission lines by the fault information of power frequency or traveling wave from single end.The spread features of traveling wave along T-type transmission lines are analyzed and a method of faulty branch selection and fault locating is proposed based on the characters of traveling wave reflection and refraction.The fault location detected by the single.end traveling waves is sent to the master station.and combined with the fault location detected by master station based on the power frequency information,the ultimate result is obtained.The method makes full use of the fault information from master station.and it,independent of the polarity relationship between traveling waves,realizes online correction of wave speed and optimizes the results.The ATP/EMTP simulation shows its high accuracy and practicability.
