| 摘 要： | 齿轮连杆间歇机构传统上把它看作是具有短暂停留特性的间歇机构.本文分析了齿轮连杆间歇机构停留角的大小,得出了令人鼓舞的结论:齿轮连杆间歇机构的停留角可以超过180°.在本文分析结果的指导下,初步综合出了停留角大于180°的齿轮连杆间歇机构,并且停留时保持一定精度,其角度窜动量不大于0.5°.

| Abstract: | Intermittent geared linkages are considered to be with short dwell. The dwell value of intermittent geared linlcages is studied, and an exciting result is gained:The dwell angle of intermittent geared linkages could be larger than 180 degrees. Guided by analytical result in this paper intermittent gered linkages which dwell longer than 180 degrees are initially synthesized, with certain precision, and with rotating angle less than 0.5 degree during the dwelling time. |
