| 摘 要： | 通过分析3G网络特点，3G业务特点和3G网络管理需求，从建立支撑系统的统一接入平台、话音与数据的协调一致以及3G计费系统建设等3个方面提出了3G支撑系统的建设需求，希望对运营商更好地进行3G支撑系统建设起到比较好的指导作用。 |
